Custom Designs
Your Ideas, Brought to Life!
Sometimes all it takes is a nickname, a favorite color, a family tradition, or a completely random idea to inspire the perfect helmet design!

Here are a few of our favorite custom requests, along with the designs we created to make them happen.
01
Baby FrankenSTEIN -Full Wrap-
The Request:
Little Frankie's family wanted to turn his helmet into the top of Frankenstein's head! His nickname was already Frankie, so the theme couldn't have been more perfect.

The Design:
We created three different Frankenstein-inspired options, complete with signature green skin, stitches, dark hair, and bolts. Each design offered a slightly different take on the same adorable idea.
Because when your nickname is Frankie, a Frankenstein helmet is practically meant to be!
02
Princess Crown -Full Wrap-
The Request:
Aurora's mom wanted something fit for a princess! She loved our crown designs but was looking for something extra special, with an Aurora princess-inspired theme, a beautiful crown, and her daughter's name incorporated without making it the focal point.

The Design:
We created several royal options featuring an ornate golden crown, soft pinks, dreamy colors, and the saying "Every Princess Needs a Crown."
We also incorporated Aurora's name into the crown design for a personal touch.
A little reminder that sometimes the prettiest crowns aren't the ones we expected to wear!
03
Tactical Helmet -Full Wrap-
The Request:
Beckham's dad, a military veteran, wanted his son's DOC Band to resemble a real tactical military helmet. He sent reference photos and requested authentic-looking details, including a name tape, American flag, blood type, and military helmet accessories.

The Design:
We transformed the inspiration photos into a custom tactical helmet wrap, complete with realistic-looking attachments, military-style detailing, Beckham's personalized name tape, and an appropriately oriented American flag.
A miniature military helmet with a whole lot of meaning behind it!
04
Lineman Helmets -Decal Set-
The Request:
When twin brothers Rush and Cal needed helmets, their mom wanted to celebrate their dad's career as a power lineman!
She requested a design featuring bucket trucks, hard hats, climbing equipment, lightning bolts, power poles, and, each boy's name
The Design:
We created two coordinating decal designs featuring lineman-inspired graphics, bold lettering, and fun electrical details.
We even provided different color options so the family could choose their favorite look!
Two little helmets celebrating one very proud lineman dad!
